Needle mesotherapy

WHAT IS MESOTHERAPY?

Mesotherapy is a method of injecting nutrients into the skin using minimally invasive injections. This is a method invented more than 60 years ago by French physician Michael Pistor. Mesotherapy is a very effective and safe method that requires almost no recovery period, and its effects are long-lasting. Mesotherapy can be applied to any area of the body.

EFFECTS OF MESOTHERAPY

With mesotherapy, we can:

  • thickened skin (The skin is flabby with age and therefore falls down)
  • hydration of the skin from the inside (Note: hydration may be more important than many people think, since it is responsible for the ability to regenerate and, therefore, for the rate of tissue aging)
  • fill in the tissue defects formed with age, which are responsible for uneven skin texture and locally degraded skin, which loses its volume and elasticity over the years.
  • reduce or reduce hair loss and breakage
  • strengthen or tighten stretched or sagging skin, such as hands, above the knees, etc.
  • smooth out wrinkles, for example, on the face, neck, decollete
  • thickening of the skin, for example, getting rid of dark circles around the eyes, which are caused by thin skin through which the blood vessels show through
  • lighten the spots and even out the skin tone, bring the skin to such a state that you can stop using the foundation on a daily basis
  • reverse the aging process of the skin for several or even a dozen years with the help of recovery and regeneration – the skin after a series of procedures often looks better than it looked a few years earlier, even if the person is older (a series of mesotherapy + tissue stimulators - > see my article about tissue stimulators)

HOW DOES MESOTHERAPY WORK?

Mesotherapy medications can be compared to conditioners injected directly into the skin. It's like giving your skin a good nutritious dinner by skipping the oral feeding route. Therefore, mesotherapy absolutely does not change the facial features (unlike fillers), and it is not visible that any procedure has been performed (except for potential temporary redness and possible small bruises that can be covered with makeup on the second day).

Mesotherapy fills cavities only in the skin itself, which has lost volume, and as a result wrinkles have appeared-as a result of the loss of tissue volume.

Note: Wrinkles are the result-I recommend starting treatment with the cause, not the symptom. So I recommend a series of mesotherapy or tissue stimulators first, followed by botox (or alternating mesotherapy and botox treatments) if necessary, to nourish the skin, rather than just temporarily managing the symptom. - >compare my article about botox treatment

Needle mesotherapy reaches the dermis, which is directly infused with nutrients. This is like feeding the skin from the inside out, giving it the substances it needs. The components that we supply to ourselves through the digestive system move primarily to the internal organs, because the body must choose what it needs most nutrition. Unfortunately, the skin is last on the list of priorities, because its nutrition depends not so much on our survival, but on the internal organs.

By taking care of the skin-by nourishing it with mesotherapy-we provide it with nutrients and building blocks directly, bypassing the digestive system, so the effects are much faster and more obvious than when we use supplements or consume food. However, keep in mind that mesotherapy is not a substitute for a healthy diet or sensible supplements.

Mesotherapy is a milder treatment than tissue stimulants. This is the main procedure that we often start with, so as not to stimulate the skin, which needs to be accustomed to the procedures.

Mesotherapy is recommended to be repeated at intervals of 2-4 weeks, depending on the needs of the skin and the type of drug used.
